a nutshell, Winterbrose releases products under up to 3
different licensing plans. Listed below are
the three basic types of licenses Winterbrose will be issuing for
products.
Users need to refer to the specific license they
purchased/obtained to ensure they comply with all terms of use and
restrictions for their product. In the most ideal situation, all
three license types will be available. |
| Private Evaluation (PE) License |
Basically,
this license allows a user to download the full version of a product
for testing and evaluation purposes to ensure suitablity with their
project. Our basic policy is that products are released with a PE
License, however this may not always be the case because we must

| Personal Use (PU) License |
This license allows a user to download the full version of a product for non-commercial personal use only. The user must register to receive a PU License Certificate before using the product for any authorized works. Basically the user can use the product to create works for forums, contest entries and personal webpages. Click here to view sample pdf. |
| Commercial Use (CU) License |
This license allows a user
to download the full version
of a product for commercial publishing and production uses. The
user must register to receive a CU
License Certificate before
using the product for any authorized works. Basically the user
can use the product to create works for business-related and personal
