Buyer's derivative work, Winterbrose can demand the original work, derivative works,
and all copies thereof, be deleted. Winterbrose may also revoke this license if the Buyer
has violated it.  For example, Buyer cannot used the included product files as the basis
to create their own products to give-away, share or sell.  However, derivative products
can be created for the solely exclusive and private use of the buyer so long as these
derivatives meet all other requirements of this license.  

The Buyer acquires copyright for any exported Texture Maps, Transparency Maps, and
MAT files created using the included project files so long as the product adheres to
the stipulations set out herein.

                                 REFUNDS and RETURNS
                                 -------------------

Buyer cannot return an item once purchased. Like all electronic media, there is
no way to give a refund just because you don't like something, there simply is
no way to return it. If you aren't sure about an item, don't buy it! Ask to see
for some work done with the item to see the results. Ask in the forums if anyone
else has purchased the item, and if they thought it was worth the money. However,
once Buyer has purchased an item, there is no getting your money back or exchanging
the item under any circumstances.

                                  USAGE and BACKUP
                                  ----------------

The Buyer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all of
the contents of the encapsulating archive file. Winterbrose maintains that all items
in the archive were either created by themselves, or are derivative works from items
found, and verified, to be in the public domain. Winterbrose maintains they legally
possess the power to grant Buyer this license for all enclosed materials. Buyer may
use the materials in any personal projects or commercial projects, as long as the
Original work is protected from extraction and none of the requirements above have been
violated. Buyer may make a single backup copy of this archive file, for personal
archival purposes only. Buyer retains this license, even if Artist stops selling
this work at a later date, or decides to charge a different price. The only way
Winterbrose can revoke this license, is if its is shown that Buyer has previously
violated it. The authors liability only extends to the price paid for this product.
