v1.0 is so easy to use that a manual is not necessary. Simply
"LOAD" a texture, select your desired "SIZE" and "FILETYPE" then click
on the "SAVE" button and Wala! you're finished. It couldn't be
simpler.Swatch-Maker allows you to Resize any texture that comes in sizes from 8x8 through 512x512 to larger sizes:
16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128 256x256
512x512, 1024x1024, 2048x2048, 4096x4096
Sure you could take the time, energy, and effort to do this with many
advanced graphics programs, but not as simply and quick as
